FREE Community Event in honor of National Eating Disorders Awareness Week

You're Invited...

Perfectly Imperfect

Please Join us as Jenni Schaefer shares Perfectly Imperfect, a brand new presentation that addresses the role of perfectionism in eating, exercise and body image.  Drawing from information in her latest book, Almost Anorexic, Jenni will present ways to find balance as you learn to love your body.  Discover, like Jenni did, that ending calorie counting and body loathing can open your life up to so much more.  This is an open community presentation and all are welcome to attend.

Jenni Schaefer Perfectly Imperfect

Jenni Schaefer’s breakthrough bestseller, Life Without Ed: How One Woman Declared Independence from Her Eating Disorder and How You Can Too, established her as one of the leading lights in the recovery movement. With her second book, Goodbye Ed, Hello Me: Recover from Your Eating Disorder and Fall in Love with Life, she earned her place as one of the country’s foremost motivational writers and speakers. Jenni's straightforward, realistic style has made her a role model, source of inspiration, and confidant to people worldwide looking to overcome adversity and live more fully. Free Weekly Support Group

Join us each week from 7:00 to 8:30 PM for a recovery-focused support group open to anyone struggling with any type of eating disorder as well as friends, family and support people. This group is FREE and facilitated by a licensed clinician.
